Using Premier Pet Carers
USING PREMIER PET CARERS MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND FULLY AGREE WITH AND ACCEPT THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENT AND POLICIES AND PROCEDURES DOCUMENT.
Areas Covered
We cover a 3 mile radius of Shepton Mallet but are willing to travel further if needed. Additional fuel costs of 45p a mile applies.
Bookings
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are only confirmed when your payment and paperwork has been received and that bookings cannot be made over the phone. If your call is not answered please leave a message, we always return your calls and emails at the nearest possible opportunity.
LAST MINUTE BOOKING. Whilst I will always try to accommodate emergencies or last minute requests, this requires significant diary shuffling (whilst not neglecting or affecting those already booked in). Hence booking requests with 24hours notice or less will incur an additional flat fee of £5.
